- The serrated column has a knurled thumb nut which permits rapid up and down movement of indicator bracket assembly that acts as a safety device preventing accidental dropping of the Indicator bracket Assembly.
- The final indicator setting is made by turning a fine adjusting knob on the indicator bracket.
